I try to drink fresh green juice or a green smoothie everyday (at least 32 ounces). It's currently the only way for me to meet my daily quota for raw leafy green consumption.
Today's concoction

1 banana, 1/2 avocado, 2 "cuties"oranges, 1/4 lemon , 1 tbsp homemade sunflower seed butter, 1 cup romaine lettuce, handful of spinach, , 1/4 tsp kelp granules, 1tbsp flaxmeal, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk, 1/4 cup amaranth. |
